Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the day after receiving your order confirmation email; another email with tracking details will be sent once the item(s) have been shipped. Note that high order volumes may impact processing times and our team will keep you informed through text/email if this is the case. Domestic Shipping (India) We offer Free Shipping all across India, regardless of order size, via tracked courier services whose turnaround time for delivery is normally between 2-7 business days. International Shipping We offer worldwide shipping for which the cost will vary depending on the order quantity as well as country of delivery, which will be calculated at checkout. The time frame for delivery may also be subject to change but we estimate a 10-14 day delivery turnaround worldwide. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Knotheory/ Anemoia is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. How do I Check the Status of my Shipment? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 10-12 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@wearanemoia.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Exchange & Refund policy
Anemoia does not offer refunds. Orders are processed as soon as we have received payment in full. Exchanges are permitted within 14 days of the customer receiving the item, for items of equal or greater value; exchanges in size can always be requested. The product you are exchanging must be in original condition. Shipping costs for exchanges are at customers' expense. To request an exchange, email info@wearanemoia.com. All exchange requests are subject to availability. Please be aware ALL international orders may be subject to sales tax, import duties and customs charges. These are all at the customer's expense, determined by the receiving country. Please get in touch with your local customs department for further information. For all parcels that are refused upon delivery due to unpaid customs charges; the customer assumes full responsibility for all return costs including postal and/or shipping charges, customs charges, and handling fees.
